Accommodation and meals are available on campus at Shawnigan Lake School
and may be paid for upon conference registration.
Accommodation and Meal Packages on Campus
All Accommodation Packages include 8 breakfasts, 8 lunches and 7 dinners. There is no dinner served on Wednesday evening and attendees will be responsible for their own beverages or snacks between meals.
Most rooms are shared accommodations with 2, 3, or 4 beds and communal bathrooms. The higher priced rooms are newer with fewer rooms sharing bathrooms and few beds in each room. For example Package C rooms have 3 or 4 beds and 1 bathroom/floor. Package A rooms have 2 beds and 2 rooms/bathroom. There may be a small number of private rooms available reserved for those with special needs. Be sure to let us know if you have a special need that would be supported with a private room. We will do our best to accommodate special requests within the limitations of the venue.

Do check out other nearby areas in the Cowichan region and south Victoria area as most are within a 20 – 60 minute drive. Goldstream Provincial Park
Has 167 campsites located in the campground on the western side of Highway 1. Reservations are accepted. There are pit and flush toilets, showers, a sani-station and wheelchair access. Swimming and fishing within the park. There are two yurts available and can be reserved by phone only through Discover Camping.
